Proto\u017ee to, co je lacin\u00e9, nem\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt logicky plnohodnotn\u00e9, \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd v\u00fdrobce ani prodejce nejsou charitativn\u00edmi organizacemi, je\u017e by n\u00e1m prod\u00e1valy kvalitu hluboko pod cenou. Tv\u00e1\u0159\u00edme se kup\u0159\u00edkladu, \u017ee j\u00edme maso. Ale v\u00edme my vlastn\u011b v\u016fbec, kolik je masa v tom, co za maso nejednou pouze ze zvyku pova\u017eujeme? Kolik je ho v takov\u00fdch v\u00fdrobc\u00edch ozna\u010dovan\u00fdch jako uzeniny? V kvalitn\u00edch uzenin\u00e1m by m\u011blo b\u00fdt pr\u00e1v\u011b masa maximum. Masa, nikoliv s\u00f3ji nebo lecjak\u00fdch jin\u00fdch n\u00e1hra\u017eek, kter\u00e9 \u010din\u00ed tyto produkty lacin\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi. Sou\u010dasn\u011b by v uzenin\u00e1ch m\u011blo b\u00fdt co nejm\u00e9n\u011b on\u011bch \u00e9\u010dek, jimi\u017e jsme nejednou tu v\u00edce a tu m\u00e9n\u011b opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u011b stra\u0161eni. A ani t\u00edm to je\u0161t\u011b nekon\u010d\u00ed, proto\u017ee takov\u00e9 uzeniny by nejednou m\u011bly obsahovat masa nejen dost, ale tak\u00e9 ve spr\u00e1vn\u00e9m pom\u011bru mas r\u016fzn\u00fdch druh\u016f. Ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky, jak  prav\u00ed, by nem\u011bly obsahovat \u017eelatinu ani \u0161krob, respektive jin\u00e1 dochucovadla. M\u011bly by v nich b\u00fdt i dostate\u010dn\u011b \u010detn\u00e9 t\u011blu prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 mikroorganismy a z\u00e1rove\u0148 by tyto produkty m\u011bly m\u00edt i pat\u0159i\u010dnou konzistenci. Proto\u017ee i kdy\u017e je n\u011bco vyroben\u00e9 z tekut\u00e9ho ml\u00e9ka, nem\u011bla by to b\u00fdt jen \u0159\u00eddk\u00e1 b\u0159e\u010dka, bud\u00edc\u00ed dojem, \u017ee byl m\u00edsto kr\u00e1vy podojen vodovodn\u00ed kohoutek. A co takov\u00fd \u010daj nebo k\u00e1va? Na t\u011bch by se toho zase a\u017e tolik nem\u011blo d\u00e1t o\u0161idit, jen\u017ee opak je nejednou pravdou. Instantn\u00ed \u010daje, to jsou nejednou hlavn\u011b cukr, barviva a aromata a ke skute\u010dn\u00e9mu \u010daji to sotva p\u0159i\u010dichlo, v \u010daj\u00edch s\u00e1\u010dkov\u00fdch a sypan\u00fdch zase m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt semleto krom\u011b \u010daje i kdo v\u00ed co. Stejn\u011b jako je nejednou leccos vyd\u00e1v\u00e1no za k\u00e1vu, s n\u00ed\u017e to m\u00e1 spole\u010dnou nanejv\u00fd\u0161 tak barvu. A zat\u00edmco by ve sladk\u00fdch pomaz\u00e1nk\u00e1ch m\u011bly b\u00fdt hojn\u011b zastoupeny o\u0159\u00ed\u0161ky a kakao, zkuste si vsadit, kolik v nich najdete naopak tuk\u016f, cukr\u016f a palmov\u00e9ho oleje! N\u011bkdy bychom m\u011bli \u010d\u00edst n\u00e1vody na etiket\u00e1ch, abychom v\u011bd\u011bli, co to vlastn\u011b konzumujeme, n\u011bkdy to ale ani z t\u011bchto nezjist\u00edme. A zlomysln\u011b se d\u00e1 podotknout, \u017ee je to tak kolikr\u00e1t mo\u017en\u00e1 i lep\u0161\u00ed. Co toti\u017e o\u010di nevid\u00ed, to srdce ne\u017eel\u00ed. Ale \u017eelet by m\u011blo.
